Wrong Address ks 5/6

This ticket is closed in the City's Work Order system.

I'm not sure how to help move this along but it looks like the issue is being closed because of a wrong address? Our address is 721 Byrd Park Court, Richmond. All trash is collected normally by the city for our street in PollyAnn's alley behind our house as indicated in the initial note. Can you let me know what information was incorrect so I can correct it and get the couch picked up? Thanks.
