Description

Guy who owns the house is too lazy to maintain his property. Lawn is rarely mowed (unless the unfortunate kid who rents the room in the back does it, and he shouldn't have to), he leaves old TVs, tires, etc in the back yard, gutters have fallen off and left in the front yard, and there is a bombed-out black honda in the driveway - not registered, either. Total eyesore in a nice neighborhood!
