Hello there,
There probably is no single reason why your satellite radio signal is being dropped in that area. It may be a low coverage location, there may be interference from building structures, power lines, or similar. It's also possible that your antennae has retained damage in some way.

Unfortunately, there's really nothing the city can do to solve your problem. You can try contacting your satellite radio provider and asking for a coverage map or an explanation of why your radio is dropping the signal. Satellite radio is very similar to a cell phone in that, sometimes you will have coverage and sometimes not.
