This building's tenants often throw their trash (big or small) onto the streets. These furniture items were on Cherry St for a week.

I walk by there every day to work. It's ok to put furniture out ON TRASH DAY, but not for a week. I've personally called in issues on this property several times, but the regulations are the regulations. First it gets assigned to an inspector, who then issues a ticket, etc. By then, sometimes it's cleaned up. Other times (such as when there are bags of trash all around the dumpster) it takes longer.
