The police are too busy running from one "baby-sitting call" to the next "baby sitting call". The low income, entitled, welfare people of Troy, call the police for the most ridiculous things!
Because the police are busy babysitting the welfare kings & queens of Troy, they don't have time for actual crime. Even if you have drug deals on video (like I do), the police still can't (won't?) do anything. I've got parolees on video making drug deals and can't get the police to make any arrests.
It's no wonder that all the drug dealers from NYC are coming up here to set up shop! The police are basically condoning the sale of drugs by their refusal to do anything about it. Each officer is supposed to live in Troy but most do not. If they lived here, they might care about all this drug dealing.
Sickening really.
