Thanks. There was some process/legal issues that arose from this issue. As you can imagine the city must follow due process of law in any of these cases. The deadline for compliance with code is April 20.

We are checking. As we mentioned there is a great deal of due process involved when dealing with an individuals personal property. I think we all can appreciate that value as Americans. We ask for your patience as we work through this process.

We reported that the date for compliance was April 20. We are informed by staff that it is actually today. As posters mention no work has been done to rectify the issue. The case is being processed for abatement and must now go through the process.
