Opis
Almost every day, I see cars taking a right at the end of Pearl Street, and going up College Street toward Hamlin Court. The first time, I yelled out, "this is a one way street!" For my troubles, I received a glare, and a response of "I don't want to go all the way around." Um. If you need to potentially cause a head-on collision because you don't have an extra 30-60 seconds, I think you have more problems. Maybe an officer could be positioned at the lot at the intersection of Hamlin and College someday to ticket a few of these people?
