Garbage still not picked up!!!

Okay well I did contact them and told them 8th street between Gulf Drive and Richard Drive the cross streets. I would recommend the owner to do is make sure there aren't any pests like rodents or crows at the garbage pile first then suggest if there is a trash can on the property the owner to pick up the trash and put it in the garbage bag and in the trash can cart.

I'm sorry there seems to be a mistake. I checked this out there is no 409 1/2 8th St SE location anywhere here in the state of Louisiana in the Parish of Jefferson here in Louisiana we don't use counties we use parishes. You would need to call or go online to report the issue to your local city and or county which is in Mason City Iowa. I will go ahead and close it.
