I agree. Land owner lives in Florida and property was bought sight unseen over the Internet. City was suppose to tear down and take property a couple years ago but the low bidder was a false bid and instead of the city going on with the second or third lowest bidder James Mckinzey claimed he could board up the windows and "make it safe" for a small profit. The building is an extreme hazard and an eye sore to the surrounding neighbors and the community.
