Balsam Way is a narrow, dead end road without sidewalks. With three blind turns, there are still no stop signs or speed bumps anywhere on the road, and there should be. Delivery drivers, construction workers and some residents all drive far too fast on the road. Tragically, my family dog was recently killed by a speeding construction worker. There are many children and families on the street and it is simply not safe. We need speed bumps or stop signs installed on the road to protect the neighborhood children and other family pets. I have contacted the traffic engineering dept and haven't even received a call back. It's been over one month. I tried to take a picture but that functionality is not working on the app.
