The graffiti has been removed, thank you, but the over grown hedge of this property "Still" has not been addressed. Only half of the sidewalk can be used. "Again", who is responsible for maintaining this issue?

Thank you for engaging with the City of Corona SeeClickFix. Issue 2347334 has been Closed by City of Corona Maintenance Services division. The referenced hedge is not located within the parkway maintained by the City and is therefore the responsibility of the homeowner.

If the sidewalk is not part of the parkway and not owned by the property owner, then who's responsibility is it to maintain? If you still contend it is the homeowner's responsibility, have they been notified? Nothing as been done to date and still only half of the sidewalk is usable.
