Large dumping site and possibly camping. Filled with rats, running across the walking path while a family was there with little children walking among the rats. It has been there for months.

The only plus(very minor) is that it is not in our immediate neighborhood. Of course we have to deal with these guys who come to our neighborhood to steal us blind. So far we've spent $1500 to keep these hooligans out of our complex... and are about to spend $2700 more!!!!
