When heading Eastbound on Southfield Rd there are four no RIGHT turn signs by Riopelle between the hours of 3-6pm. However, people are making right turns there because the light at Southfield Rd and Dix (at the intersection) is not configured correctly to handle the amount of traffic going East bound during that time frame. That intersection (Dix and Southfield) always backs up as far as Riopelle rd. It would be nice if someone fixed the timing of the lights instead of making it a Money Making traffic stop for the city.
