Last snows of a mild winter have passed, a slight chill in the air of the early easter weekend, lilly and lilacs beginning to bloom in sidewalk gardens. Playgrounds full on weekday evenings and weekend afternoons, children again on the run through the neighborhood. Old furniture out on the sidewalk on tag sale. DIRT BIKES, DIRT BIKES, DIRT BIKES, DIRT BIKES, DIRT BIKES, DIRT BIKES. AS LOUD AS WE CAN RIDE BECAUSE NO ONE MUST BE ALLOWED TO LIVE IN SOME SEMBLANCE OF PEACE, BECAUSE CITY HALL DOESN’T SEEM TO GIVE A S##T AS LONG AS THEY CAN PUT UP LOTS OF APARTMENTS AND RESTAURANTS DOWN TOWN. BECAUSE NHPD SUBSTATIONS CAN’T FIGURE OUT WHERE 16 YEAR OLD MISFITS HIDE THEIR BIKES.
