Unfortunately, this has been reported MULTIPLE times to DPR and DGS, over several years (including when the park was under renovation in 2011). The broken water fountain (the product of an inept contractor hired by DPR to do the renovation) has never been fixed, either.
This is a complete failure on the part of DC government.
