Description
Usually turning left from Mariposa to Sebastian is not a problem with a clear view (though you still have to be careful since the cars going downhill have only about 2-3 seconds from the time you see them to the time they hit you if you cross). However, when there are other cars parked, it blocks the view of cars emerging from the crest of the hill, which blocks the sight of cars travelling, again, very fast, downhill. By the time you stop to avoid hitting them, you risk being hit by the cars going uphill since you're stuck in the middle of the road. Please make the curb red in the blind spot area.
