Again. More construction vehicles, old boat trailers, and RVs are parked there overnight, treating the entrance of our neighborhood like a free for all lot. Having DPT issue one or two citations once a month is not going to cut it nor will it gain compliance. Entire skyline Blvd should be a no parking/no stopping zone. If you look at the side, there are alcohol bottles, condoms, and trash people dump, which residents like me have to clean up because the city is not willing to do anything about it.

People are dumping trash along skyline Blvd. when no enforcement takes places when it comes to trucks, rvs, and now, storage containers, it gives off an impression that residents don't care about the safety and well being of our community

Yet another person going straight on the left turn only lane. This happens daily usually almost causing an accident when they illegally try to merge.

This has been an ongoing issue. There NEEDS to be restricted parking so overnight vehicles and commercial vehicles are not allowed. When the entrance to our town is a free for all, this is the level of class you come home to. This truck has been parked here for a week, with a vulgarity being shouted across to us whenever we come home from 280. I left a note, a couple days later, the note was gone and the trick was moved forward a little. That area needs to have some form of restricted parking so commercial vehicles like this one, the landscape trucks towing tree shredders, broken down trucks, RVs, and once even a boat by itself, can not use our beautiful streets as free parking.

People who park their RVs and boats and commercial vehicles for days at a time are part of why this part of skyline is neglected and full of trash

RV has been here for past 2 days as well as the blue Camry behind it. Seems to be someone living there

Not only does this truck park here habitually, causing an eyesore, they unloaded all the mulch from their garbage mulch onto the side of Skyline. That mulch could be infected with beetles and diseases that could spread to the healthy trees.

Another commercial vehicle treating Skyline as a free long term parking. It is unsightly.

Burlingame streetlight LEDs emit blue wavelength light, which research has proven to reduce melatonin levels and suppress good sleep. This bodes harmful especially to those who go walking at night or even have their windows in range of the street lamps. Bad sleep quality is linked to early mortality and lower mood levels. Are there any plans to switch new LEDS to yellow hue ones and add shields so the existing blue wavelength led street lighting doesn't hit home Windows?

Tree was planted literally right in front of stop sign, making it hard to see, especially in inclement weather which makes it easy to blow by that stop sign intersection

Streetlight out, very dark in that section. Has the lights in that area been converted to LEDs?

Hi Sgt Ford, the RV has been here yet again for the past two days. Your officers have cited the owner at least 3 times. Do you know if the owners has been ignoring your officer's instructions or is there a special circumstance he believes trumps what BPD tells him? There has to be a reason that the owner continues to do this even after at least 3 tickets.

Hi Sgt. Ford, that RV is there again, it has been here for at least 3 days. There was a pink slip attached to the windshield, presumably done by your officers, but now it's gone, which means the owner has seen it. There is now trash by the RV that was never there before. I see there is a tow away sign as well that restricts parking on the 7/08, I was wondering if you can implement a no overnight parking restriction on that whole section.

Hi Sgt. Ford. The RV is back and has been there since last night. The owner very clearly disregards the reason your officers marked and towed the vehicle last time, since the chalk marks BPD put on the tires last time is still visible.

Hi Sgt Ford, thank you for your prompt attendance to the RV issue. We have the same problem again. Skyline has become a haven for free commercial/Trailer parking, where people leave their huge vehicles which force runners and joggers who live in the area to be forced onto the street. Not to mention the eyesore of industrial vehicles treating the street as free parking. Is there a provision in the parking ordinances that prohibit this? This particular one has been here since At least Sunday.

Graffiti, please remove asap. Not only is it an eyesore, the broken window theory dictates that this creates an atmosphere of negligence by authorities and residents which may promote more crime in the future.
