2 boxers outside all day with no water. They continue to bark all day. They are one the second floor porch. We have asked them to bring dogs in or quite them down. I cant open my curtians because they bark at any movement that happens in my house. Please help me.I work 3rd shift and cant sleep. Im tired...of being nice I deserve to live peacefully in my own house.
