However, when someone stops an waits for traffic to clear, people start driving around them encroaching into this area. I have had three close calls in the past year, the problem is getting worse. We need better strips on the road and a big sign saying NO PASSING to your Right. To really fix this issue, the turn outs should just be removed and just have people make a sharp right or left turn.
