An 18 wheeler tore up our front ditch and then ended up in our side-front ditch last night. The ditches are destroyed. We can not mow our front ditch anymore the way we could before and the front-side ditch can not be mowed at all. Also there will be no water flow because it is messed up so badly that the water will flood our yard worse than before. The water will back up.
