Come on PA Council! Spend some cash and spruce up this city! The intersection at 2nd and 15th is awful! How about spend a few bucks and make something out of the wasted gravel area on the corner where the ugly old Dodge truck is parked with campaign advertising on it? That's a perfect area for some nice "green space" with a few trees, a bench and some grass.
