It is almost impossible for drivers to come out safely from Mills onto northbound California Dr. Whenever there is a vehicle parked on the block of Cal between Mills and Oxford it blocks the view of Mills drivers. There has been a truck parked there the last two days, and even though it's parked in the middle of the block, it hides the high speed traffic coming behind it.

Please consider prohibiting parking on that block.
