9/12/2012 - Courtesy call extended to our citizen today. Inspection provided by Roadway Management Team and it was determined no potholes are on the actual street area - our citizen noted the sinkhole is on the dirt plot between the sidewalk and street - an investigation has been prompted for DPU Cave-In (#20020863878) so that a proper inspection and handling can take place at this point -

9/12/2012 Courtesy call (2nd) extended to our citizen and she noted this area is at the bottom of the hill and the street/yard sections flood and this inlet was placed 4 years ago to offset this flash flooding. She noted it still floods at the bottom of these hills and the inlet does not work well, plus all of the vehicle wheels get stuck in this low setting inlet and cannot drive back off of it. She asks for Stormwater Management (#20020863986) to inspect to see what can be done to improve these conditions. This is not a pothole ticket and will be closed accordingly - Stormwater Management is follow through with our citizen to inspect and decide and discuss what can and cannot be done in this situation
