Curbing repaired throughout neighborhood unaware of sprinkler damage on private property.

The whole end of my driveway was dug up by plow. The curbing is fixed, though looks awful and the end of my driveway has to be fixed. The plow left big holes across the end of my driveway and into the street. Needs to be tarred and flattened out.

Your men came last week and said they had to put an apron on the end of my driveway into the street, so they would be returning. I am still waiting. Thanks, Barbara

Replacement of the driveway apron portion of the driveway is typically a home owner responsibility however I will speak to my supervisor about your claim and respond back to you. If it were possible to make this repair it would need to be scheduled mid to end of may. Thank you

The circle I live in has no drainage at all. All the rain water settles at the end of my driveway and your street. This alone weakens the asphalt which stays under water until it evaporates. The plowing of North Branch Rd.k has dug up the end of the driveway and the street. The town men that came over told me just filling the holes would not stay in place and that I needed an apron. I expect the town to fix the problem. Thank you.

I am sending photos so you can see the problem on the street at the end of my driveway is not my driveway problem but the town street problem. PLEASE take care of it. Since there is no drainage in this circle, all water stays in the road at the end of my driveway. Hence the plow digs up the weakened asphalt. Thank you, Barbara

Please get back to me. I know you wan't put drainage in the circle but at least repair the damage done to the end of my driveway and well into the street. This is a mess. You fixed it around 200l without a question and after sixteen years, it is time to fix it again. I had to pay to fix my irrigation system that was torn out by your plow this year by ripping out the first 16 inches of my lawn, after he took the curbing. Three years ago I had to replace the granite post of my mailbox that he snapped off at the base and left in the middle of the road. This is enough. I expect the town to fix the city road in front of my house. Your men came and told me it needed an "apron" to be fixed correctly. Taxes are high in this town and I would like to see the appropriate use of correcting a town road. Thank you. Barbara Beckingham

Hello Barbara Nice to Meet you! As discussed I will put the driveway apron on our schedule to replace within the next two weeks. We will saw cut where marked. As you have stated there is no drainage in the cul-de-sac and given the deteriorated/uneven pavement there isn't much I can do about the puddle. I will forward the photo for our engineering department for review and comment. I will have my crew contact you before we begin the work. John
