We did not observe any evidence of anyone living at or around the bus stop on Beryl Road. There was evidence that some homeless could be living down the road under the overpass. Please contact me if there are any further questions or concerns. Thank you.

I'm not the one reported this issue, but I also noticed this.
For the past few months he's been inside that bus shelter every single night I've gone by. Most afternoons too, but sometimes he goes away during the day.
You can confirm this by pulling camera footage from a bus 12 in the evening, asking evening drivers, or sending someone there in the evening.
I haven't been by there for about a week, but since he's been living inside the shelter for months I'd be surprised if he's recently moved.
We confirmed with our route supervisors that there is indeed a gentleman living in the shelter at night. I emailed Captain Niemann with the SW district and he has assigned it to their community policing squad for long-term monitoring and also the beat personnel for short term enforcement.
