On a daily basis there are cars pulling out in front of each other due to not being able to see.
If you are going west on Lakeview and stop at the two way stop, you are unable to see to the right. And with the small hill on 40th street, it's difficult to see to the left as well. I've personally seen cars get hit as well as children and animals almost getting hit. If it's a 4 way stop I think it would cut down in this issue as well as the speeding down 40th street.
