Not fixed. Please reopen and complete work. You can't not fix the issue and just close the ticket.

Prior to closing the Service Request, the Public Works Department had been in contact with the homeowners regarding this issue and clarified maintenance responsibility. Channel maintenance is a private property responsibility. There is no work for the City to assign in response to the reported issue. Thank you for using SeeClickFix!
