The back alley behind west Hastings court is severely overgrown and has tons of dirt and is unable to drain properly due to not having the road cleaned off. There is literally almost 4-6 feet of road towards the drainage ditch that is covered and now unable to drain properly because of this. can someone please clean out the back alley so the road can get back to its normal width and drain properly. also there is a drain in the back alley that has not been cleaned.
