there is an ongoing issue with the homeless camp in the empty field on Hannah street between 32nd and Peralta. The organization that owns the empty field, I believe it is city slickers, should be required to put the fence backup so that the homeless in camp and can be removed permanently.

can this homeless camp can be removed?
