The owners of 2151 Montrose have been illegally dumping construction materials - most notably two large now-rotting wooden fences - but also various wires, pipes, etc. into the easement alley located between Christian and Montrose, close to 22nd. This creates a fire hazard, as the easement alley is blocked due to all of the dumping, especially the large fences. Please instruct owners of 2151 Montrose to remove all of this material. I have already submitted this twice to Philly311 as well.
