Thank you once again for bringing this issue to our attention. The highway department has reported resolving the pothole issue under work order #20723; this report has been closed. If you feel this issue has not been completely addressed, please re-open this report and provide more detailed information on how to identify the location of the problem.

Closed now why would someone close this since it's never been resolved? It looks the same exact way as it did when originally reported! Nice try tho.

Apologies, closed in error. Trench was created by contractor. Contractor is being contacted to make the necessary repairs.

Please send Industrial Services or whatever City Dept, maybe DPW or whatever dept Revere uses for these issues and please make your own determination because we all agree 270 days with this ticket Open is a little excess? Thank you

See the square in the road? That has been tarred and fixed, yes. See the sidewalk? That has not been fixed and kids cannot use sidewalk, forcing them to walk in the street in and around that area.
