Description

I cross Telegraph 5-10 times per week at this intersection, and a driver will run the red light while I am crossing (usually while headed north) about once per week. There have been numerous close calls. The traffic signal is not visible enough to drivers, I believe.

I'd like this to be fixed before anyone gets killed or injured, as this is a very frequent occurrence.
