Pothole that has an orange cone near it but nobody is fixing it. I lost a $500 wheel and $200 tire to it last week. Still there. Fix it please.

Greg call the City of Richmond. They will pay for your wheel and tire repair. You may wait a long time for your payment, but it will happen if you bug the heck out of them.
