Back on March 4th, when I posted this, I also sent copies of this request to Rep Garballey (I'm in his district and so is this crosswalk), and also the head of Arlington's planning dept (since I know that the Arlington DPW would've rightly said "not our department"). It's unclear what Arlington's stance is toward SCF generally, but I thought it worth logging the issue here. I haven't seen any exchanges from verified Arlington Town officials which suggest that this suggestion is unwelcome, but would accept if they conclude that it is not their job. I'll wait for acknowledgement or closing from Arlington here.
