Description

After the railroad tracks, there are many bumps, waves and some potholes going into Chelsea (towards Market Basket). Are these ever going to be addressed? I know its a major trucking area but this is by far the worst area of the road going into Chelsea and I think needs to be addressed sooner than later. I know it just keeps getting patched, but its a redundant solution for the long-term.
