问 Please explain what you would like done.
答 the children's toy/ride at the Hardy recreation center park has a broken spring that could be hazardous. the toy is in the little kids section, nearest to the tennis courts. the broken spring makes the ride unstable and of either of the other two springs broke it would be a real danger.
