I have reported this issue to EMC - Pole # 132520. They have indicated that they should have the light repaired within 5 to 7 business days. At the end of that time, please let me know if the issue has or has not been resolved so that I can either close the issue or recontact EMC.

I am going to go ahead and close this issue since I haven't heard anything new on this in over a month. Please let me know if it has not been repaired and I will recontact EMC.
