There is probably nothing you can do about the siding falling off their house or the chimney rotting either, but is there a way to get them to clean up the trimmed bush and tree limbs which were cut MONTHS ago and take down the Christmas lights? Between this house and others who are not cleaning up leaves or maintaining their homes, this neighborhood is slowly going downhill. :-(
