Yes mike im sure I once tracked the alarm to that building and an african american male rather heavy set got nasty with me when I tried to offer aid and call the police and fire department. Its not a battery powered alarm they make a completely different sound this one is powered by the building power and makes a very distinct sound. every time this one goes off I track it to the same building but never get close enough to wind up having someone get nastyh with me again the building in this case usually has a moped like bike parked right on the sidewalk leaning against the building.

Yeah that's the same building I was referring to. That doesn't sound like Mr. Gadget that gets nasty with you, he is tall and thin and wears glasses. Always collects junk. Maybe there is something improper going on in there that is causing smoke or heat.
