Cars are continually running the red light on Scott Blvd headed west onto N Decatur at the Medlock/Scott/NDecatur signal. As we sit at Medlock awaiting our 8 second signal to travel south, we ready ourselves to get across the vast intersection as quickly as we can and perhaps allow 1 or 2 other neighbors to get out too, BUT when the Scott Blvd traffic keeps running the light to make the slight right onto NDecatur at fast (I.e. we just came off 285) speeds, we risk our lives taking our turn. Today I watched 5 cars run that light and my hand was on the horn the whole time. Once one car does it the others follow suit. 5 cars ran the light!!! This is not unusual either. Will posting a No turn on red sign help?
And I'm one of the lucky ones, I'm going straight at that signal and I travel post rush hour, but still this happens.
