Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. Parking signs on 1500 Louisiana cause CONSTANT traffic jams during morning rush hour. Cars are parking on the left-most lane of Louisiana. A year ago this was restricted to NO PARKING during rush hours. This block is the ONLY block of Louisiana that allows parking during rush hour. It is INSANE to allow it on this block; tons of traffic problems because of it. Makes NO sense. Please replace/ADD signs with No Parking during rush hours. Thanks
