I filed a complaint to the Code Enforcement Officer weeks ago. He had been in touch with the owner. The owner is suppose to comply by having these brilliant all-night nuisance lights off by 11pm, one hour after closing. The owner is not complying. I have complained to City Council Members. The problem still exists. The owners keep these lights on despite being informed by the Code Officer. I am the homeowner whose backyard faces these lights and the lights are brilliant in my bedrooms all night long.

This store owner continues to defy any orders to turn off their lights after closing. The city doesn't appear to be concerned since they have not done anything to enforce the code. Our back yard, court and bedroom are flooded all night long by bright red lights!
