Description

There is a deep hole in the sidewalk where bricks have collapsed creating a space 12" to 16" deep and nearly a foot wide. We have reported this issue to the city multiple times. City response was to bring out a traffic cone and place it over the hole. The traffic cone has been there so long the sun has faded it from bright to light orange. Thanks City Of Richmond.
