The issue was reported before and was closed, saying the limb had been removed. The limb is still there and I still cannot move it to cut the grass behind this address. The grass is extremely high because of this iimb being in the way.

8/29/2012 Thank you so much for your communication with the City of Richmond government. Please understand this location has been inspected with the team noting there is nothing on City property to be collected. If the limb is in the yard on private property there is a chance it will not be collected if it is not moved out to the alley. Also, there may be other variables surround this situation.
