Description
The lights on the tennis courts at the Watertower Recreation Center 200 E Hartwell Road is in violation of the City's Field Light Energy Conservation Initiative.
The Field Light Energy Conservation Initiative states field lights will be off December 31 thru March 15. NEVER on Saturdays and Sundays.
These lights remain on 7 days a week! The Rec Center isn't even open on Sundays.
I have attached a copy of the Field Light Energy Conservation Initiative
which is posted not once but TWICE inside the front door of the rec center!

I contacted the Director and he was helpful after the supervisor at the center blew me off for a year.
