Description

There needs to be a STOP sign at the Tuttle exit of the park. A pedestrian and small boy on bike almost got sandwiched between a car on woodward and someone entering the circle from the park. This isn't the first time I've seen a close call. There's a stop sign at the Hervey intersection and there should be one here, too. With pedestrians/cyclists, park kids, busy woodward, and a small circle, this is NO place for yield signs on Tuttle or park exit- they need to be full stops. Let's NOT wait for an accident to make this change. It will only make it the SAME traffic pattern as the park exit at Hervey.
