Description

From 10am in the morning until 11:30pm all you here all day is these Dirt Bikes riding back and fourth up the same street all day long doing willies and stopping in front of people's house skidding on the bikes. Isn't there some type of noise level where they should not be riding these bikes all day and I thought that Dirt Bikes where not legal to ride on the streets

Half those dirt bikes are probably stolen.
Why don't you call the cops, and file a noise complaint while you're at it ?
If they are riding ATV's those are totally illegal on the street.

Hartford is starting an initiative to "study the problem" of illegal ATV's and dirt bikes.
Maybe New Haven should get in on it.
Bottom line is that these are thugs and gang members, Welfare collectors, drug pushers, and thieves who have time to spend all day riding around aimlessly.
Time to put the hammer down and confiscate the bikes/ATV's and put these dregs of society in jail.
