The garbage can next to the B8 bus stop on Coney and Foster is always overflowing with household garbage. There is no need for a garbage can here or anywhere nearby. The corner was cleaner when there was no can.

I believe the MTA are responsible for that particular can?
It's only cleaner because when the garbage cans are taken away the trash, still dropped in the same place, will blow down the street...
