Large amount of standing water in the drainage ditch from the street. This is behind the house at 546 and 548 rural hill rd. Causing a major mosquito problem and yet the city departments I have contacted will not do anything about it... Said it could be 6 months or a year before they have time? With the west nile outbreak this year, this needs fixed sooner than that!
