I find this juxtaposition of signs amusing. But it seems that the two cannot legitimately exist together. If this is a public park then removing the No Trespassing sign might make some sense.

This area is not in the Park boundary and the signs were placed here by Maintenance Services over twenty years ago. I will talk to Public Work and see if the signs should be removed.
